PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANCY FEES:
Initial 10 minute phone consult:
Free of charge - this will determine whether we can assist, and whether you feel our agency is the right fit for you.
BOOK A CALL
Online Consultation (new clients):
$75.00 for intial 30-60min appointment.
BOOK AN ONLINE CONSULT
In office Consultation (new clients):
$125.00 for intial 30-60min appointment.
BOOK AN IN OFFICE CONSULT
Prebooking:
A completed “Client Information Form” for each traveller, and payment of applicable fee as per below* (non-refundable).
*Upfront Itinerary Planning Fee: from $390.00 (You will receive a $195 credit towards your booking) - depending on complexity additional planning fee may apply.
*Flight Only Quote: $75.00
What you get:
At Penny Abrahams Travel, we spend a considerable amount of time investigating and planning your itinerary. We not only ensure you have access to the best deals, but we connect you with the right people on the ground to create a truly memorable holiday experience, all with peace of mind knowing you are booking with reputable and reliable suppliers & airlines. You will be provided with a detailed itinerary and pricing estimate.
Booking Fee: applies to all clients.
Please be aware that airlines no longer pay agents commission to book your flights. Therefore we charge the following booking fees in addition to any pre-booking/quote fee. This fee is non-refundable. Fees will be collected with your deposit and includes: use of Travel App, all covid travel requirements & information before & during your trip, 24/7 assistance, visa information. All time changes, last minute cancellations, ticket reissues, missed connections are all handled for you.
Flight bookings:
Economy Domestic: $35 per person per sector
Economy International: $198.00 per person*
Economy International Internal Sectors: $35 per person per sector
Premium: $298.00 per person*
Business: $398.00 per person*
*Family/Group booking discounts will apply to above for 3+ passengers in the same booking

Peace of mind knowing your travel arrangements have been taken care of by an agency with over 35 years experience | Travel App containing your full detailed itinerary and all travel documents at your fingertips | Assistance whilst you are overseas | Notification of any changes to any of your flights whilst you are away | We are here to help. From the first moment you contact us to long after you get home! It’s a relationship.
AMENDMENT FEES:
Regardless of the reason for the change, the following fees apply. These fees are in addition to those charged by any third party (airline, hotel, cruise/car supplier etc), including increased costs of flights, hotels, cars etc. These costs may not be recoverable through your Travel Insurance Company - please ensure you check with your insurance provider prior to making your booking.
(a) Initial postponement of trip - $175.00 (per postponement)
(b) Rebooking above at a later date will be charged at an hourly rate of $55.00 (minimum 1 hour).
(c) Rescheduling trip at the same time - $75.00 for first hour, then $55.00 per hour thereafter
CANCELLATION FEES:
Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the following fees apply. These fees are in addition to those charged by any third party (airline, hotel, cruise/car supplier etc). These costs may not be recoverable through your Travel Insurance Company - please ensure you check with your insurance provider prior to making your booking.
(a) Prebooking/booking fees - non refundable.
(b) 12% of the TOTAL cost of your trip will be charged as the cancellation fee (excluding above).
